Finally something interesting at work
I got to make an interesting page at Wal-Mart today.
"Would the owner of a light brown Ford F-150 please come to the front of the store? Your truck is on fire."
The car asploaded. The guy says hes never even had a problem with it overheating or anything. The police say there was some sort of recall on the F-150 because the cruise control may do something like that.
Harsh. Not to mention it stunk to all hell.

Y’know, I heard something about that recall in Fords. I hope mine’s ok. Surely I would’ve received notice if it weren’t. :/
And yeah, what a cool announcement to have to make.

I was standing outside an AMC theater, when a truck lit up. Then the security dude kept everyone away… including the owner! Which sucked. It started out as a small fire under the hood… but in 5 minutes, the whole vehicle was engulfed. If they had used a fire extinguisher, they could have saved it. Now I wonder if AMC is being sued for the cost of a truck.
…it was still fun to watch. =]
I saw a Jeep do this in the Target parking lot a few weeks ago… totally funked up the cars next to it too! Must be something about discount chain store parking lots.
