And the pain just keeps on goin!

I've developed a really insane pain in my lower left arm. From say the elbow to the wrist (but moreso the wrist) is a really horrid pain that seems to be shooting up my arms. As I'm writing this I notice it's spread rather well into my fingers. Either I'm dying or I have carpal tunnel or some such.

Wish it were that easy. I’m actually thinking that it’s a circulation problem. Perhaps something to do with the fact that I have 0 exercise as of the last few months.

Sounds like CTS (Carpal Tunnel Syndrone). Numbing or tingling in the fingers is a sign. I think pain is more advanced.

I had some tingling and was prescribed a wrist brace. Worked for me.
